Climb aboard the Safari Line Train and settle in for a relaxing 15-minute journey through the wild. Pulled by a classic CP Huntington locomotive, this narrated ride winds through the Zoo’s 30-acre preserve where animals roam across open grasslands.

As the train rolls along the tracks, keep your eyes on the horizon—rhinoceros graze in the distance while herds of deer, antelope, and emus wander freely across the savanna. Around the next bend, the adventure continues with close-up views of some of the Zoo’s most impressive residents. You may spot gorilla and orangutan families watching the train pass, or catch sight of our massive Nile hippos lounging in their pond.

It’s a peaceful ride with big wildlife views—perfect for explorers of all ages.
